Design Team Video: Autumnal Mr Nuts Wreath

Posted by Sarah Crankshaw on

Well its that time again ... Summer is ending and Autumn is just around the corner. Autumn is my favourite time of the year , where natures beauty is at its best.

For my project , I decided to use a 7 inch Chipboard Wreath form , from G's store and wrap some burlap through and around, covering the form totally.
I used Little Acres Creations stamps : Mr Nuts and stamped out two trees , Mr Nuts and several of the large acorns. I coloured them using memento inks , then covered them with glossy accents. I glued them onto the wreath using hot glue as well as a little fence which was from Fernli Design.
I found some orange berries in my stash so placed a few of them around the form. Then used G's Artificial Orange Daisies to create the top flower cluster. I also used some coloured leaves from my stash and the large wired leaves from G's Embellishment emporium.
I really love how it turned out and I would appreciate your feedback. It will proudly sit in my front room now until winter sets in.
